Slow Stitch

Join the slow movement of Creative Stitch Art.

You will fall in love with the process of making simple random stitches while creating art.

Slow stitching is a form of meditation. Some of us call it our happy place where we relax or distress.

We will use lovely woven and upcycled fabrics, some of our family heirlooms, maybe a cloth, a piece of lace or a button.

We will simply go with the flow, listening to our innate sense of creativity, allowing our hands to stitch our cloth with no specific plan or agenda. We will simply enjoy the process.

In this one day class you will start with no plan, no pattern and no marked lines to follow.

Carola will share her work, her ideas, great techniques and her treasured snippets to incorporate into your project. A day slow stitching, is a day of bliss
