In this class let’s explore the uses of different thread weights, from the finest 100wt. to the heaviest 8wt. options for thread painting, sketching, applique, bobbinwork and different free motion techniques.
We will:
*Thread Paint a Chickadee and learn how best to add thread painting to a quilt project
*Quilt and applique an interesting background
*Free Motion stitch (draw) stems of a Cone Flower for our Chickadee to sit upon
*Couch stems and make the Chickadee’s feet on water soluble stabilizer
